Send a clear photo showing the doctor's signature, date and your name. Our partner pharmacist verifies it before dispensing and will call you if anything needs clarifying.
Contact us the same day with a photo of the item and your bill. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund — this is always our priority.
For safety, most medicines can't be returned once delivered. Approved refunds are made in Indian Rupees and can take up to 15 working days depending on your bank.
