Track an order

Follow your order live on the map in the Vitamins 360 app, from the pharmacy counter to your door. If it looks delayed, message us with your order number and we'll chase it.

Prescription help

Send a clear photo showing the doctor's signature, date and your name. Our partner pharmacist verifies it before dispensing and will call you if anything needs clarifying.

Wrong, damaged or expired item

Contact us the same day with a photo of the item and your bill. We'll arrange a replacement or a refund — this is always our priority.

Returns & refunds

For safety, most medicines can't be returned once delivered. Approved refunds are made in Indian Rupees and can take up to 15 working days depending on your bank.

Not sure if we reach you? Send your pincode on WhatsApp and we'll confirm serviceability and the nearest partner pharmacy right away.

Account & data deletion

You can delete your account, or specific data such as saved addresses and order history, at any time.

Grievance redressal

Not satisfied? Escalate it.

If you have a concern about our service, your privacy, or anything on our platform that we haven't resolved, you can raise it directly with our Grievance Officer under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder.

  • Describe the issue in as much detail as you can
  • Include your order number and registered phone number
  • We endeavour to resolve grievances within one month of receipt
