How Vitamins 360 collects, uses, shares and protects your personal information.
This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains what information Aushadhi On Wheels LLP ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") collects from a user ("You", "Your" or "User") on or through Our website (https://vitamins360.delivery/) (the "Site") or Our mobile application "Vitamins 360" (the "App") (together, the "Platform"), and how We use, share and protect that information.
Vitamins 360 is a medicine pickup and delivery service. We collect medicines and healthcare products from licensed retail pharmacies near You and deliver them to Your doorstep. We do not sell medicines. Medicines are sold and billed directly by the licensed retail pharmacy, and the pharmacy's bill is provided to You with Your order. We charge only a delivery fee for Our service. If Your selected pharmacy is unable to fulfil an order, We may route Your order to a backup partner pharmacy so it can still be delivered.
Launched in 2020, Aushadhi On Wheels was founded to support independent retail pharmacies that serve local communities. We recognized a massive operational gap as neighbourhood medical stores lost their loyal customer base to corporate e-commerce giants. While these massive online platforms focus purely on transactional business, our platform bridges the gap between local pharmacies and their regular customers. We are proud to offer a hyperlocal marketplace that transitions your physical medical store into a powerful online storefront. Your invoices, your inventory, your customers — all powered seamlessly by our marketplace ecosystem.
