Ordering & Delivery

Most orders arrive within about 60 minutes. Because we fulfil from a licensed pharmacy in your locality rather than a distant warehouse, delivery is fast and stock is fresh.

Order in the app by browsing 2,000+ products, or simply send a photo of your prescription or product list on WhatsApp. The pharmacy confirms and you approve before paying.

Yes. Once the pharmacy confirms and packs your order, you can follow it live on the map in the app from pickup all the way to your doorstep.

Any applicable delivery fee and minimum order value are shown transparently at checkout before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

Yes. The prescription must be in the patient's name, but you can place the order, pay and receive delivery on their behalf. The pharmacy may call to verify details.

Prescriptions & Medicines

Prescription medicines require a valid doctor's prescription. OTC products like vitamins, supplements, baby care and personal care don't need one.

Send a clear photo on WhatsApp or upload it in the app. Make sure the doctor's signature, the date and your name are readable. A partner pharmacist verifies it before dispensing.

Always. Every order comes from a licensed retail pharmacy with a printed bill, sealed strips, and clear batch and expiry details you can verify on delivery.

The pharmacist will call to suggest an equivalent substitute. Nothing is substituted or dispensed without your approval.

Yes. Temperature-sensitive medicines are handled with cold-chain packaging and are delivered from a nearby pharmacy that stores them correctly, keeping the trip short.

Payments & Returns

Cash on delivery, UPI and major credit/debit cards — paid at the door, just like buying over the counter. No prepay wall.

For safety reasons most medicines can't be returned once delivered. However, if you receive a wrong, damaged or expired item, we'll replace it or refund you — just contact support straight away.

Approved refunds are processed in Indian Rupees and can take up to 15 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Yes. Every order is dispensed and invoiced by the licensed retail pharmacy that fulfils it, and the printed bill comes with your package.

We deliver across serviceable neighbourhoods in the cities we operate in. Send us your pincode on WhatsApp and we'll confirm straight away.

You can start on WhatsApp without an account. The app uses a quick phone-number sign-in so you can track orders, reorder and set refill reminders.

You can request deletion of your account and data — or of specific data such as saved addresses and order history — using our Delete Account / Data form, or by contacting support.
